Yes. One attendant may stay with each admitted patient, and our single and luxury rooms are equipped for an attendant. Visiting hours for the ICU are set separately for infection-control reasons.

Yes. In urology we perform Uretero Renal Scopy (URS), Trans Urethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP), Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and stent removal. In gynaecology we perform Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy, laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, surgery for ectopic pregnancy and laparoscopic sterilisation.

Yes. Our ophthalmic division offers phacoemulsification cataract surgery, glaucoma management and diabetic retinopathy evaluation. Dr. G. Rohini has performed more than 15,000 cataract surgeries, and we conduct a free eye clinic every Thursday for the underprivileged.

There is no need to fear for surgeries. The anaesthesiologist will advise which routine medicines (BP, sugar and so on) to take or stop. Heart medicines such as Aspirin and Clopilet must be stopped one week before surgery. Bathe thoroughly with soap before coming in, and follow any fasting instructions you are given.
